At Expansive Breath, we offer tailored 1:1 sessions allocating 45 or 90 minutes to suit your availability, needs and intentions. Breathwork isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; it requires personalisation depending on a range of factors including your mood and nervous system state.

Our sessions are designed at the foundational level to strengthen the mind-body connection, quieten the analytical mind, and create a safe space for awareness and curiosity to explore subconscious beliefs, emotional blockages, and physical sensations.
